If you are purchasing any items from this website after or on the 19th of December we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. If you would like to purchase something from us on a n upgraded delivery service (next working day) then please call us on 0845 500 1215. All orders placed between the 19th and 21st of December will still be despatched but delivery will not be guaranteed before Christmas.
Guarantee And Returns Policy
We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a refund provided it is in a resalable condition – we charge a £5 processing fee for returned items and we do not refund the cost of postage and packaging that you have paid.
We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that are defective within the first year. When returning a product, please contact us to confirm exact details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the fault is proved to be with the product, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
All stated prices on the website are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only. For orders outside of the UK, to offshore UK islands, Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you of extra delivery charges and send you a Google Invoice for correct payment for your order.
Royal Mail Delivery
Orders of 1 single red or white Vinturi Wine Aerator or 1 single Vinturi Tower Unit (not the Vinturi Deluxe set) are sent out by Royal Mail First Class delivery and usually arrive the next working day, although we cannot guarantee this. Your parcel may be too large to fit through your letterbox so please ensure there is someone in to receive the item, or you collect it from the local sorting office with the stated time if you do not receive the delivery when Royal Mail attempt it. Any items which are subsequently returned to us because they have not been collected from the Post Office within the time stated to yourself will incur a redelivery charge of £2.99.
Orders of 2 or more items, or Vinturi Deluxe Sets, are dispatched by DHL on a next working day courier delivery service. Delivery is not guaranteed the next working day but arrives on time for 99% of deliveries. DHL usually deliver within normal office hours but deliveries can take place anytime between 7.30am – 9pm, and may arrive later in November and December in particular. Please ensure that there is someone to sign and receive the goods from DHL – if delivery fails they will make 2 more delivery attempts on consecutive weekdays to home addresses, and none more to business addresses, offshore islands, Northen Scotland and Northern Ireland. DHL should leave a card with instructions for collecting your parcel from the local depot on the last delivery attempt – and will generally hold the parcel for 5 days (although for some depots it may be fewer days) before returning it to ourselves. Please ensure you collect the parcel from DHL within the time stated on the card that they leave after delivery as any parcels returned to ourselves uncollected will be charged a redelivery charge of £8.00 before we can send the parcel out again.
Upgraded Saturday morning or guaranteed before 10am next working day service is available for an additional £9.00 – please contact us before ordering to choose this delivery option so we can send you a Google Invoice for payment of the correct total.
