More and more places are starting to see the benefits of aerating their customers drinks before serving. Not only does it improve the taste and experience but it shows that they have an interest in the quality of drink they are serving, whether it is red wine, white wine or whisky. If a restaurant goes to the effort to aerate your drink you know that they have taken care to select a good wine or spirit and want to show it off as best as possible.
The US have really taken to this trend and a number of restaurant chains and big name eateries are now using the Vinturi aerator range for their customers. There are a few restaurants and bars in the UK that use the Vinturi, especially the red wine aerator. We would like to see more places take up the challenge and show their customers how much they care.
